Fort Collins. Colorado. on the 6th day of February. 1922.
by stookhold ers of said company repres enting more than 10%
of the capitel stock thereof.

That the call for seid meeting end notice thereof.
wes duly published for ~vo successive weeks -prior to said
meeting in the "Wellington Sun". the newspaper published
nearest to the place where the princ1p61 operations of
Said company are carried,on and that notice of said meet-
ing was duly ~iven by mail more than 30 ,days prior to
the date of said meeting to each stockholder. said notices
as published and mailed. stating thet sa1d meet1ng was
called to convene at Fort Col11ns on the 6th day of Feb-
ruary. 1922. for the purpose of passin~ upon the question
as to whether or not the articles of incorporation of the
North Poudre Irrigation Cor.~any should be renewed.

We do further certify that on the 6th day of Feb-
ruary. et the hOllr of 10 o'clock A.t~.. a special meeting
of the stockholders was held at Fort Col11ns, Colorado.
for said purpose and that there were present at said meet-
inR. in person or by' proxy, 6528.8 sharea, the aeme being
more than a majori ty of the capi tal stock of said oompany.

total capitalization of said company.
