<br />,<<~ <br /> <br />J~ <br /> <br />BRADFORD PUBLISHING CO. <br /> <br />RECORD OF PROCEEDINGS <br /> <br />WINDSOR RESERVOIR AND CANAL COMPANY <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />March 7, 2003 <br /> <br />The Board of Directors of the Windsor Reservoir and Canal Company discussed a <br />proposal presented by Duane Smith, of Smith Geotechnical Company, for the <br />removal of silt from the fl8 Reservoir. It was moved and seconded to proceed with <br />this project. The motion carried.
