The project is located approximately 3 miles north of Fort Collins, in Larimer County in
Section 18. TownshiD 9 North. Range 68 West. (See attached maD)

5. Please provide a brief narrative description of the proposed project including purpose, need,
facilities, types of water uses to be served and service area. (Attach separate sheet, if needed.):

The project includes the excavation and removal of approximately 1,000,000 cubic yards of

soil from the reservoir to increase the reservoir storaf?e by approximately 620 acre-feet. See

attached map of pro;ect location and service area.

Water Rights: 13,948 acre-feet for No.8 and No.8 Annex
Total Company Water Rights: 64,271 acre-feet

Firm Yield: 30,200 acre-feet for system
