The original agreement is stamped "PAID IN FULL" denoting that <br />the terms of this agreement have been satisfied in full by Lyons. The following documents are also <br />included: <br /> <br />1. The original UCC-1 filed per the Security Agreement included as Appendix 3 to the original <br />agreement; <br />2. The original Assignment of Certificate of Deposit included as Appendix 4 to the original <br />agreement; <br />3. The original Contract Amendment No.1, dated June 22, 1998, stamped paid in full; <br />4.
