<br />cy the Uistrict as a public park and recreacion area, with <br /> <br />facilities for picnicking, hiking, overnight camping, and <br /> <br />boating. <br /> <br />(~) The District shall construct a campground with <br /> <br />appropriate facilities to be located in the immediate <br /> <br />vicinity of Martin Creek. The campground shall <br /> <br />accommodate at least 100 campsites on not less than <br /> <br />about 90 acres of land. The campground shall extend no <br /> <br />further east than the north-south centerline of section <br /> <br />30. Reasonable efforts will be made to screen the <br /> <br />visual impact of vehicles and campers from the <br /> <br />reservoir. Existing topography and addition of trees <br /> <br />will be used to enhance <br /> <br />\' ~Dund. <br />oFlJLk. <br /> <br />prepared a <br /> <br />(b) <br /> <br />The District sha~.l pr <br />detailed plan for the <br /> <br /> <br />development, use and <br /> <br />management of this public park and recreation area for <br /> <br />the Board's approval. Provisions shall be made by the District for public boating <br /> <br />access to the reservoir at the public park and recreation <br /> <br />area described in 5 above.
