<br />(f) All lots or portions thereof in the existing South <br /> <br />Shore Development lying along the southeasterly side of <br /> <br />the reservoir as are necessary for the District to <br /> <br />obtain ownership back 100 feet in horizontal distance <br /> <br />from the elevation contour at 7211 feet above M.S.L. <br /> <br />throughout said development. <br /> <br />(g) Approximately 2 acres of land at the northwesterly part <br /> <br />of the reservoir north of the Yampa River and south of <br /> <br />County Road 14, at a point about 2,000 feet east of the <br />I <br /> <br />junction with County Road 16. <br /> <br />locations <br /> <br /> <br />easterly <br /> <br />(h) Access to the <br /> <br />extension thereof) <br /> <br /> <br />Air. <br /> <br />2.
