The original agreement is stamped "PAID IN FULL" <br />denoting that the terms of this agreement have been satisfied in full by the District. The following <br />documents are also included: <br /> <br />1. A letter to the Wells Fargo Bank of Steamboat Springs confirming that the loan has been <br />satisfied and that Certificate of Deposit No. 644686001 may be released to the District upon <br />demand; <br />2. A copy of Certificate of Deposit No. 64468600 1 (the original was not in CWCB records); <br />3. The original UCC-1 which was filed per the Security Agreement of this agreement.
