<br />This Amendment to. the Deed af Trust is between the Grantar and the Public Trustee af the Caunty, State af Colarada,
<br />The Original Deed af Trust was recorded to. secure repayment af the indebtedness evidenced by Laan Cantract and
<br />Promissary Nate between the Grantar and the Beneficiary.
<br />The Beneficiary deferred Grantar's annual laan payments fer the year 2003, which deferral resulted in a new repayment
<br />schedule and a different annual payment ameunt.
<br />Granter and Beneficiary have agreed to. amend the Original Deed ef Trust to. reflect the revised annual lean payment
<br />ameunt and repayment schedule.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, the Beneficiary and Granter agree that:
<br />1. The secend full paragraph ef the Original Deed ef Trust is hereby amended to. read as fellaws:
<br />The Granter has executed a Premissery Nete dated April 1, 2004, fer the tetal principal sum of $30,524A9 to. secure the
<br />repayment ef the indebtedness evidenced by Centract No.. C153678, dated May 11, 1994, and amended April 1, 2004, to.
<br />be repaid to. the State ef Celqrade fer the use and benefit ef the Department ef Natural Reseurces, Celerade Water
<br />Censervatien Seard ("CWCS") the beneficiary herein, whese address is 1313 Sherman Street, Reem 721, Denver, CO
<br />80203, payable in 3 annual installments, in accerdance with said Premissery Nete, er until the Ican is paid in full.
<br />2. In the event ef any cenflict, incensistency, variance, er contradictien between the previsions of this amendment and any of
<br />the previsiens of the eriginal deed of trust, the provisiens ef this amendment shall in all respects supersede, govem, and
<br />contrel.
