This Ordinance shall take effect <br />30 days after publication, in accordance with law; provided that <br />Section 5 hereof (being Section 5(1) of ordinance No, 13, Series of <br />1979, as amended) and Section 6 hereof (being Section 6 of <br />Ordinance No. 13,Series of 1979, as amended) shall take effect <br />July I, 1994 and shall apply to all transactions to which this <br />Ordinance is applicable made on or after that date; and further <br />provided, however, that said Sections 5 and 67 o~ this Ordinance <br />shall be null and void if not approved by a majority of the <br />registered electors of the Town voting thereon at the regular <br />municipal election to be held in the Town on the 5th day of April, <br />1994. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY A MAJORITY VOTE OF THE MEMBERS OF THE <br />BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF SILT, COLORADO A QUORUM OF THE <br /> <br />BOARD BEING PRESENJ+.
