<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />e <br /> <br />Discussion <br />The City of Loveland is to be commended for an exemplary job of comprehensive planning. <br />Over the last ten years, the City has developed a detailed plan for the future operation of its <br />water supply system under both drought and emergency conditions. <br /> <br />Having worked closely with the City staff in the planning effort and having reviewed each of <br />the associated studies, CWCB staff finds the proposed Green Ridge Glade enlargement <br />project to be economically, financially, and technically feasible. The reservoir expansion <br />will provide reliable emergency storage, allow the City to better manage its water rights, and <br />provide a high degree of drought protection now and in the future. 11 ~ <br />p( n.S uJ e.. 1 ~ <br />Recommendation ~ !Iff} ~ /~ <br />Staff recommends that the Boar~favorablv ~o~a Construction Fund roan of$2.0 ~. <br />million to the City of Loveland for the design and construction of the Green Ridge Glade <br />Reservoir enlargement project.
