In the enclosed
Augmentation Plan it will be noted that the District is getting water from several wells, these
wells have been taken off line and are not being used at this time, and there are no plans to put
these wells back in service in the future. Also the plan addresses a Pinewood Reservoir, this
reservoir has also been deleted from future use as the property for the proposed site has been
sold and is now owned and occupied by an individual. The District is QJrrently in the process of
obtaining storage rights for the proposed reservoir(s) and is also in the process of joining the
Northem Colorado Water Conservation District to ensure the eligibility to purchase water shares
