<br />CWCB ConstnJction Fund Loan Application <br /> <br />looking forward to total build out (currently 268 taps - 350 taps at build out). the district has <br />identified the following needs: 1) provide sufficient raw water storage - there is currently no raw <br />water storage 2) increase size of treatment facilities to meet demands of community - currently <br />producing 36gpm will need 50gpm 3) address the issue of increased treatment requirements due to <br />the Big Elk fire 4) address ongoing distribution line problems. There a currently 268 active water <br />taps supplying domestic water to homes and businesses (2). The service area is limited to the <br />Pinewood Springs CoIlUIlUllity. 268 current active taps and provisions for a total of350 tapsIEOR <br /> <br />,/ <br /> <br />Water Right: CFS. - PSWD maintains seven (7) shares of Culver Irrigation C. Stock <br />at 6.27 acre feet per share, or 43.89 aeFe feet, fer ftH~eBtati6ft pttrp69C8 t.-~ -, 1l '1-~D 4- <br /> <br />Average water diverted per year: -XL acre-feet. (approx.) at this time. <br /> <br />6. Will the acquisition of additional water rights be necessary? YES --X- NO <br /> <br />If YES, please explain. The Crow Lane Reservoir has a proposed capacity of 51 acre-feet. In <br />order to :6ll and draw "at will" it will be necessary to acquire additional water rights. In <br />addition to the storage right the rate of:6ll being requested is 1 cfs. The legal proceedings are <br />under way at this time. Case No. 2002CW347 - Storage Rights Application. to assign a <br />priority date. In order to assure that our storage rights will be in priority it will be necessary to <br />obtain ~Jlfoximately 50 shares of CBT water for transfer puqx>ses.
