Both Alternates "G". and "H" above include extensive transmiSsion lines tra-
o versing both private and public lands, but confmnation of the availability of
such routes was outside the scope of the Planning Document. The estimated
cost magnitude of eaCh, however, has caUsed the District to dismiss them as
being viable options.
