Details of the existing distribut- <br />ion system are not shown for clarity. <br /> <br />B) mSTORY <br />************ <br /> <br />The first plats for the Pinewood Springs c~mmunity were filed with the Lari- <br />mer County Planning Commission in 1959. The developer initially-installed <br />wells in several locations which delivered water to a distribution system which' <br />was constructed through the area to serve the residents. It was established that <br />this system would only provide water for domestic purposes, with no provision <br />for fire flow. It was also established that each resident would install a septic <br />system for sanitary waste. <br /> <br />On Aprlll9, 1978, the Pinewood Springs Water District was formed by Decree <br />of the District Court of Larimer County, as depicted in Exhibit "A", and the <br />entire supply and distribution system was then taken over by the District for <br />operation and maintenance. 4 <br />
