Terrace Irrigation District, and for the USe of water users under

the Terrace Irrigation system;

To improve, 'inorease the capacity of, and otherwise

enlarge the Terrace Reservoir;

To construct and maintain laterals from the Terrace

Canal, or any of its laterals for carrying and'distributing to

the stockholders of said company, the prioritiAs aforesaid, and

such other priori ties as may be acquired from the company from.
time to t!.me;

To build such other ditches for the ~p'ose of carry-

1ng water for irrigation and other beneficial uses as may be

necessary and desirable, and to acquire, build and construct

reservoirs, and to use and operate the same;

To enlarge the present canals and laterals, or any of

To acquire other canals and water rigllts and priorities

of right to the useot water, and the necessary lands, sites, rights

of way and franchises, and to dispose ot the rights of c~iage,

To sell and dispose ot water rights, rights of carriage

and storage for said ~r~ses to its respective stockholders accord-

ing to law;
