<br />1 <br /> <br />5. The purpose of the fea51bility study will be to identify and investigate suitable water rights for the purpose <br />of augmenting members' irrigation wells. This study will involve research of potential recharge facilities, <br />identification of water rights suitable for purchase and establishing procedures to meet the obligation requirements <br />to satisfy the State Water Engineer. <br /> <br />7. Mr. Robert Longenbaugh has agreed at this time to serve solely in an advisory capacity, to review and <br />advise on work: product and to advise on setting priorities. <br />
