<br />9. NQNDTSCR IMINA TION. The cooperator shall comply with all Fed~ral stO\tl.ltcs
<br />relating to nondi~criminalion and an applicable requiTements or all other Federal laws, Executive
<br />oruer!\, rcgLll,ations. and policies. Th~e include but are not limited to: (a) Title Vl of the Civil
<br />Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d, 2000e-16). which prohibits disc1'imination on the basis of
