The City of Victor is attempting to undertake the rehabilitation of our Dam No.2. <br />We will probably be accomplishing this work with a loan from the Colorado Water Conservation <br />Board. The City has hired engineers to perform a feasibility study for this project. They have <br />indicated to us that we will need to request parity on our FmHA loan to obtain a loan from the <br />Colorado Water Conservation Board. <br /> <br />Please let me know if this letter \vill suffice in this request.
