Provide a brief narrative description of potential sources of funding (in addition to the CWCB) <br />which have been explored or which will be explored for the proposed project (Examples would be <br />Banks, U.S. Farmer's Home Administration, Colorado Water Resources and Power Development <br />Authority, etc.) <br />The City has several projects underway: we have been approved for two loans from the <br />Colorado Water Resources and Power Authority: one for approximately $1.5 million dollars <br />for wastewater projects. and another pending for $500.000 for water projects. We have a <br />previous emergency loan of $130.000 from CWCB for repairs to our intake at the water <br />treatment plant and to the valve at our main reservoir caused by severe flooding in 1995. We <br />also have a $50.000 loan from OOLA for repair of our water storage tanks. <br /> <br />5.
