<br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board ("Grantor"), whose address is 1313
<br />Sherman Street, Room 721, Denver, Colorado, 80203, City and County of Denver,
<br />State of Colorado, hereby quit claims to The North Poudre Irrigation Company
<br />("Grantee"), whose address is P. O. Box 100, Wellington, County of Larimer, State of
<br />Colorado, the following property, previously deed to the Grantor under Contract
<br />C153385, dated May 1, 1982, to wit: an undivided 50% interest in the following:
