<br />2004 <br /> <br />BEAVER RESERVOIR COMPANY <br /> <br />CORPORATE RESOLUTION <br /> <br />RESOLVED: <br /> <br />That the officers are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to proceed with the necessary steps for securing a loan <br />Water <br />from private individuals and/or the Colorado^Conservation Board, <br /> <br />and/or from commercial banks for the purpose of constructing the <br /> <br />improvements for protection and preservation of Beaver Reservoir <br /> <br />and its condition and structures. The officers are authorized to <br /> <br />borrow sufficient funds and execute documents, including, but not <br /> <br />limited to, promissory notes and deeds of trust, to complete this <br /> <br />construct~on project up to the initial estimated cost of <br /> <br />$113,000.00. <br /> <br />FURTHER RESOLVED: <br /> <br />that the costs of financing this project <br /> <br />will be passed through to the shareholders of the company in the <br /> <br />form of additional assessments, the exact amount to be determined <br /> <br />when the financing package and costs of the project have been set. <br /> <br />Dated this 19th day of July, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br />AT~ -, /J.4..
