Co. <br />Letter of Commitment <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Sexton, <br /> <br />Concerning your application for a loan from the Emergency <br />Infrastructure Repair Account, I am pleased to inform you that the <br />CWCB Board has approved your request in amount of $30,000. The CWCB <br />Board also approved a loan term of 30 years at an interest rate of <br />4.5%. It is our understanding that these funds will be used to <br />install a new outlet on the Military Park Reservoir Dam. <br />The CWCB will require the following standard items as a <br />condition for Emergency Loan funding: <br /> <br />1. Execution of the formal loan contract, <br />2. Submission of engineering plans for the repair, <br />3.
