<br />Whereas, heretofore, on the 4th day of February, A.D. 1907,
<br />at the regular meeting of the Board of County Connn1saioners of Morgan
<br />county, state of Colorado, there was presented by E. H. McClenehan,
<br />N. S. Richeson and Frank W~ Smylie, a petition signed by the said
<br />persons and others, praying for the establishment, formation and
<br />cr~ation of an irrigation .distriot, to be known as The Riverside
<br />Irrigation Distriot; whioh said proposed distriot 8S desoribed by the.
<br />said petition embraces and comprises lands in the oounties of Weld and
<br />Morgan in the state of COloradO, said Morgan oounty being the oounty
<br />V'
<br />whioh embraoes the largest aoreage of the ~oposed distriot, at which
<br />time of presentation of the petition aforesaid, due proof of the proper
<br />publioation in the oounties of Weld and Morgan of the notioe of the
<br />presentation of said petition to said Board was made, and,
<br />Whereas the matter ot the establishment of the boundaries of
<br />the sai~ distriot was adjourned from said day for fUrther oonsideration
<br />'to and until the 5th day Of February, A.D. 1907, and whereas .said Board
<br />did at said last meeting held on the 5th day of February, 1907, duly
<br />fix, determine and establish the boundaries of said distriot.; that
<br />said Board did at said time order an eleotion to be held of all the
<br />
<br />quali~ied eleotors of said distriot aa by statute in suoh oase made and
<br />provided, for the purpose Of voting upon and determining whether or not
<br />the said proposed irrigation distriot Should be organized a8 an 1rrig~
