tributaries, watersheds, draws, natural channels and water ways intercepted by the main canal of <br />the Company known as the South Side Irrigation and Reservoir Company, and by other ditches <br />constructed and suitable to be constructed for the diversion and furnishing of water for irrigation <br />and for the filling and refilling of the reservoir of the Company not constructed, and any and all <br />other reservoirs which the Company may in its discretion consf.ruct from time to time. <br />ARTICLE 4. <br />The headgate heretofore mentioned through which the water appropriated from the Big <br />Thompson River and its tributaries is taken and conveyed to the Company is located as follows, <br />to wit: On the South side of the Big Thompson River at a point from which the Northwest <br />comer of Section 12, Township 5, Range 70, West of the 6�' P.M., bears North eleven degrees <br />and forty-one minutes, West 1,757 5/10 feet, and the general course of the canal from said point <br />is Southeast. <br />ARTICLE 5. <br />The capital stock of the Company shall be $26,500, which said capital stock shall consist <br />of 265 shares of a par value of $100.00 each. <br />ARTICLE 6. <br />The term for which the Company is organized, and the term for which it is hereby <br />authorized to do business, is perpetual. <br />ARTICLE 7. <br />The Company shall be managed and controlled, and the business of and for the same, <br />conducted by a board of directors, consisting of an odd number of no more than seven directors <br />and no fewer than three directors Who shall be elected by a majority vote of the stockholders at <br />the annual meeting of each ensuing year. <br />OiCLIENTS1SlSSDCONMENDED ARTICLES OF INC.DOC � �ny029:48 AM' PMP <br />4 <br />
