Walcher <br />Executive Director <br />Rod Kuharich <br />CWCB Director <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Colorado Water Conservation Board (CWCB) has <br />approved your request for a Small Project Loan. The loan is for rehabilitation of the South <br />Side Ditch. <br />The Board approved a loan from the Construction Fund in an amount of $72,000 at the <br />loan terms of 3.1 % for 30 years or 2.9% for 20 years. The approval includes the provision <br />for a 1%($720) loan service charge, which may be paid at closing, or financed along with <br />the loan. I have attached a copy of the updated Board memo concerning the South Side <br />Irrigation Company. Please refer to page 3 of that memo and to the section "Action taken <br />by the CWCB January 23, 2003." <br />When the Board approved this loan it attached several conditions: <br />1. A Feasibilitv Studv is reauired. John Van Sciver will continue to work with John <br />Gauthiere P.E. to ensure that the study meets the requirements of the CWCB <br />Construction Fund Guidelines. <br />
