� <br />Section 12. Ratification and Approval of Prior Actions. All actions heretofore ' <br />taken by the officers of the District and members of the Board, not inconsistent with the <br />provisions of this Resolution, relating to the� Financin.g Documents, or actions to be taken in <br />respect thereof, are hereby authorized, ratified, approv�d, and confirmed. <br />Section 13. Repealer. All acts, orders, ordinances, or resolutions, or parts <br />thereof, in conflict herewith are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict. <br />Section 14. Severabilitv. Should any one or more sections or provisions of this <br />Resolution be judicially determ.ined invalid or unenforceable, such detemunation shall not affect, <br />impair, or in.validate the remaining provisions hereof, the intention being that the various <br />provisions hereof are severable. <br />Section 15. Resolution Irrepealable.
