� <br />PROJECT SUMMARY — PARKER WATER & SAN DISTRICT <br />CONTRACT NO C150090 <br />SECTION 1 -BORROWER INFORMATION <br />Name: Parker Water and Sanitation District, acting by and <br />through its Water Activity Enterprise and its Sanitary <br />Sewer Activity Enterprise <br />Address: 19801 E. Mainstreet <br />Parker, CO 80138 <br />Phane NumbEr: 3C3-S41-�627 <br />Contact: Frank Jaeger, District Manager <br />Type of Entity: Parker Water and Sanitation District is a Special <br />District formed pursuant to Title 32 that provides <br />water and sanitary sewer service to customers within <br />its service area. The BoRROwER is/constitutes finro <br />enterprise within the meaning o# § 37-45.1-101 et se4•, <br />C.R.S. (1999) and Article X, Section 20 (2)(d) of the <br />Colorado Constitution. On September 9, 1993, the Board <br />of Directors af the Parker Water and Sanitation District, <br />created the water activity enterprise pursuant to <br />Resofution No. 1993-10 and the sewer activity enterprise <br />pursuant to Resolution No. 1993-11, which are <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2 — Project Description <br />A. Description of PRO.IECT: The BoRROwER applied to the CWCB for a loan to be <br />used for the construction of the Rueter-Hess Reservoir Project, located in <br />Douglas County, hereinafter referred to as the PRO�ECT, at an estimated total <br />cost of $103,000,000. <br />B. Description of Feasibility Study: The CWCB has reviewed a feasibility <br />study report on the PRO�ECT compiled by Robert J. Huzjak, P.E. of GEI <br />Consultants, which is incorporated herein by reference, and, based upon <br />the feasibility report, the CWCB determined the PRO�ECT to be technically <br />and financially feasible. <br />SECTION 3 - CWCB'S AUTHORITY <br />This loan is made pursuant to the provisions of §§ 39-29-109(1)(a)(J), 37-60- <br />119 and 37-60-120, C.R.S., the CWCB is authorized to loan money for water <br />projects from the CWCB Severance Tax Trust Fund Perpetual Base Account <br />for the benefit of the people of the STarE, provided that the borrower assures <br />repayment of that money. <br />l�pp�r�dix 1 to Loan Cont�ac# C15009� <br />
