The
Company owns and operates the Foothills Reservoir and several other reservoirs and ditches in
the Boulder/Weld county area. The Company delivers an average of 32,200 AF of irrigation
water to its shareholders. The Reservoir Dam was rehabilitated in 2001 with the assistance of a
CWCB Loan. After the rehabilitation was complete, the reservoir was filled above gage height
39 feet for the first time since the 1970's and excessive seepage was noted in an isolated
portion of the dam. The Reservoir is currently restricted by the SEO to about 70% of its 4,320AF
capacity. The current Project will include excavating a core trench into the center of the dam to
cut off seepage and add stability. The Project is currently under construction utilizing bridge
financing.

f1~~r1!~
~2~~~~~;~~.S~~
" ~~:~~~~~~,~..

1.....",,-''''. .__..,......_
r

1\'

...:?....i:
A,:,'

r
I

,,.,

LOCATION MAP
