Contract No. C153681, dated August 22, 1994, as amended. The original agreement was stamped "PAID
IN FULL" denoting that the terms of this agreement have been satisfIed in full by Elmwood. The

1. The original recorded and released Deed of Trust included as Appendix B to Contract, dated
July 14th, 1994;
2. The original UCC-l ftled per the Security Agreement included as Appendix C to the original
agreement;
