<br />STOCK ASSIGNMENT <br /> <br />FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the LOWER ARKANSAS WATER~MENT ASSOCIATION <br />hereby sells, assigns and transfers 4,380 share:tstock the anvel Canal and <br />Irrigation Company unto COLORADO WATER CON RVATION D, which stock is <br />standing in the name of the underitne n the bo s and records of the Company <br />represented by two~rt cates: J) Ce ificate No. 258 for 372 shares, and (2) <br />Certificate No. 260 008 shar , and does hereby irrevocably constitute and <br />appoint the Secretary of e Manvel Canal and Irrigation Company as attorney-in-fact <br />to transfer the said stock on the books of the Company with full power of substitution <br />in the premises.
