Van Sciver <br />The Colorado Water Conservation Board <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 721 <br />Denver, Colorado 80634 <br /> <br />Dear John: <br /> <br />Please find enclosed two Construction Fund loan applications - one requesting $5,000,000 for the <br />Enterprise Fund of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, and the second requesting <br />$5,000,000 for the Enterprise Fund ofthe Groundwater Management Subdistrict ofthe Central <br />Colorado Water Conservancy District. Both loans will be for a term of 30 years. <br /> <br />John, we would like to borrow $1,000,000 of the $5,000,000 in each District immediately. I <br />understand funds may be possible prior to May 2002. Please let me know if! need to provide <br />any additional information for the "small" loan request of$l,OOO,OOO for the District and <br />$1,000,000 for the Subdistrict.
