STAT. ANN., <br />Sees. 150-5-2, 150-5-6 and 150-5-15 (1963) as amended. <br /> <br />3. The Clerk of this Court, pursuant to such Order dated <br />December 15, 1972, did cause notice of the pendency of the <br />petition and notice of the time and place of hearing thereon <br />to be given by publication once each week for three successive <br />weeks in "The Greeley Daily Tribune and The Greeley Republican", <br />a legal newspaper of general circulation in the County of Weld; <br />once each week for three successive weeks in "The Brighton Blade", <br />a legal newspaper of general circulation in the County of Adams, <br />and once each week for three successive weeks in "The Fort Morgan <br />Times", a legal newspaper of general circulation in the County of <br />Morgan, all in the State of Colorado. The publication was <br />made in each of the newspapers in the manner required by law. <br />The Clerk of this Court further caused a copy of notice of <br />pendency of the petition and hearing thereon to be mailed by <br />registered mail to the Board of County Commissioners of the <br />Counties of Morgan and Weld, State of Colorado. <br /> <br />4. The petition sets forth all matters required by COLO. <br />REV. STAT. ANN. Sec. 150-5-15 (1963), and all other applicable <br />sections of the Water Conservancy Act of Colorado. <br /> <br />5. There is no city or city and county having a population <br />of more than 25,000 as determined by the last United States Census <br />Management Subdistrict of Central Colorado Water Conservancy <br />Dis tr ict . <br /> <br />6. The petition in all respects complies with, and conforms <br />to, the requirements of Sec. 150-5-15 and all other applicable <br />sections of the Water Conservancy Act of Colorado. The petition <br />has been signed by not fewer than twenty-five percent of the <br />owners of irrigated land of an assessed value of not less than <br />one thousand dollars and by not fewer than five percent of the <br />owners of non-irrigated land or lands embraced in the incorporated <br />limits of a city or town of an assessed value of not less than <br />one thousand dollars. The allegations of said petition are true <br />and said petition in its form and content thereof are approved <br />by the Court. Said petition is signed by more than the required <br />number of landowners. <br /> <br />7. That Central Colorado Water Conservancy District, acting <br />by and through its Board of Directors, has granted its verified <br />consent to the creation of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict <br />of Central Colorado Water Conservancy District and has granted to <br />
