<br />RESOLUTION <br />OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE <br />GROUNDWATER MANAGEMENT SUBDISTRICT OF THE <br />CENTRAL COLORADO WATER CONSERVANCY DISTRICT <br />ESTABLISHING THE SUBDISTRICT WATER ACTIVITY ENTERPRISE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the <br />Central Colorado Water Conservancy District to establish a Subdistrict Water Activity <br />Enterprise pursuant to ~37-45.1-101, et seq., C.R.S. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Directors of the Ground <br />Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water Conservancy District: <br /> <br />1 . The Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District, being a conservancy district created pursuant to ~37 -45-101, et. <br />seq., C.R.S., hereby establishes the Subdistrict Water Activity Enterprise pursuant to ~37- <br />45.1-101, et. seq., C.R.S., and with all the powers and for all the purposes granted by said <br />article. <br /> <br />2. The governing body of the Subdistrict Water Activity Enterprise will be the <br />Board of Directors of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado <br />Water Conservancy District. <br /> <br />3. The Subdistrict Water Activity Enterprise may issue or reissue revenue <br />bonds, notes, or other obligations payable from the revenues to be derived from the <br />enterprise pursuant to ~37 -45.1-104, C.R.S. <br /> <br />4. All the costs, liabilities, accounting, assessments, obligations and <br />. indebtedness of the enterprise shall be kept and maintained as separately identifiable <br />matters from the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water <br />Conservancy District general funds. <br /> <br />DATED this l1!!..- day of ~ ,2001. <br /> <br />,6Z~~ <br /> <br />Robert W.
