SuCh election will be conducted as part of the coordi ated election to be conducted by the County Clerk in Weld County, Colorado, at the lawful polling place designated for each precinct On election day I the precinct polling laces will be open from 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Early walk-in voting for this election is being conducted in the Weld County Clerk's Office at 1402 North 1ih Avenue, Greeley, CO and at the Sub tation of the Weld County Clerk and Recorder, 4209 County Road 24 "h (Del Camin '), Longmont, Colorado, (the "Del Camino Substation") during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday, October 21,2002, through Friday, November 1,2002, for registe ed electors of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Wafe Conservancy District. . Applications for absentee ballots to be mailed to registered e ectors of the Ground Water Management Subdistrict of the Central Colorado Water.
