Once your loan <br />is funded it will payoff my loan and our lien in this parcel of land will be released. This <br />will then make room for a lien on the same parcel for the state and put the state in a first <br />lien position. <br /> <br />If this outline of the events is different that you're understanding of our conversation <br />please let me know so we can get the details worked out.
