<br />To layout, grade, pave and dedicate roads, streets, avenues,
<br />highways, alleys, courts, paths, walks, parks and playgrounds.

<br />or otherwise, use and operate real estate of all kinds, improved
<br />or unimproved, and any right or interest therein.

<br />4. To engage in the real estate business, and 8S princi-
<br />pal, agent or broker, and on commission or otherwise, to sell,
<br />buy, exchange, lease, let, grant, hold for investment or otherwise
<br />or take licenses in respect of, improve, develop, repair, manage,
<br />maintain and operate real property of every kind, corporeal or
<br />inc.orporeal, and every kind of estate, right or interest therein
<br />or pertaining thereto; to construct, improve, raze, repair or

<br />5. To transBct the business of investing on behalf of
<br />itself or others, any part of its capital and any additional
<br />funds 8S it may obtain, or any interest therein, either 8S tenant
<br />in common or otherwise, and selling or otherwise disposing of the
<br />same or auy part thereof, or interest thermn.

<br />6. To acquire real property by purchase, lease or other-
<br />wise; to erect, repair and maintain hotel buildings, garages and
<br />other structures thereon. To conduct a general hotel, restaurant
<br />Bnd cafe business. To establish, '"maintain and operate news-stand,
<br />tobacco counters, hairdressing and manicuring parlors, garages,
<br />tennis courts, and swimming pools.

<br />7. To establish, maintain, conduct and carryon a genera
<br />merchandising business, and to manufacture, buy, acquire, own,
<br />lease, sell, import, export, or otherwise deal in, either at
<br />wholesale or retail, either as principal or agent, for others or
<br />on commisBion, either upon consignment or otherwise; generally,
<br />goods, wares, commodities, merchandise and property of every
<br />class, name, nature and description, both within and outside the
<br />State of Colorado, and elsewhere in the United States, its
<br />territories Bnd possessions, and in any foreign country, without
<br />restriction.

<br />world. To manufacture or otherwise produce, buy, sell and deal
<br />1n building materials, supplies and equipment for masons, carpen-
<br />tera, builders, electricians, engineers and contractors. To
