Rothe Augmentation Project - Loan Amendment Approval <br /> <br />Dear Mr. Rothe, <br /> <br />I am pleased to inform you that the Colorado Water Conservation Board approved your loan <br />request on March 17,2004. The loan is for the Rothe Augmentation Plan. <br /> <br />The Board approved an increase of $26,237 from the 2004 Construction Fund for the Rothe <br />Augmentation Project for a new total amended loan amount of $383,254. This amended loan amount <br />includes CWCB's 1 % loan origination fee. The loan will be at an interest rate of2.5% for 30-years. I <br />have attached a copy of the updated Board memo concerning the Rothe Augmentation Plan request. <br />Please refer to page 4 of that memo andto the Section "Action taken by the CWCB on March 17, 2004". <br /> <br />The Board's approval was based on Mildred L. Rothe meeting the following conditions. <br /> <br />1. An approved contract must be in-place before loan funds can be advanced. You must adhere to CWCB's Standard Contracting Provisions. <br /> <br />3. You must adhere to the collateral requirements per the attached Board Memorandum. As <br />security for the loan Mildred L. Rothe will pledge 640 acres of land, including improvements <br />and water rights, located in Section 8, T5N, R59W, adequate to ensure repayment ofthe loan. <br />This property was recently appraised at a value of $900,000 <br /> <br />4. The authorization will not commit the Colorado Water Conservation Board to provide any <br />additional funding for the Rothe's Augmentation Project. <br /> <br />Flood Protection.
