The current uncommitted . <br />an ount of money in the litigation fund is $2,800,655. <br /> <br />Attached (Attachment I) is a Jraft report for the General Assembly, as the statute requires. <br /> <br />Dling this agenda item the Board will receive a report on the activities perfoni1ed for the Colorado v <br />Ka\1sas litigation by the plincipal researchers at Colorado State University and the Div. of Water <br />Rekources. An overview of that presentation is included herein as Attachment 2. [n addition, State <br />Enkineer Hal Simpson will discuss funding options and strategies for the longtenn operation of the <br />Iysimeters and CoAgMet weather station network. <br /> <br />Sta~'f Recommendation <br />\ ' <br />The Staff and the Department of Natural Resources recommend that the CWCB: <br /> <br />I.
