<br />1'n1iC\."l Description: The project involves the rehabilitation of an existing settling pond \\ithin
<br />the boundaries of the Climax l\fine n= the East fork of the Eagle River. The o\\ner of the
<br />reservoir site, C}prus Climax Metals Company. is in thc process of removing the mine
<br />tailings and rehabilitating the site as a fresh ,vater storage reservoir. The capacity of the site
<br />is in excess of 3,000 acre-feel. WattT could be supplied to the project from uibutaries of the
<br />F.agle River. Ten Mile Creek, and the Arkansa, River through existing canals and pipelines.
