Attached is a summary of the <br />project and a map of the project area. <br /> <br />With regard to the participants in the Eagle Park Reservoir Company: Vail Valley <br />Consolidated Water District merged with the Upper Eagle Sanitation District in July to <br />form the Eagle River Water & Sanitation District; Eagle county has entered into a <br />memorandum of understanding with the Colorado River Water Conservation District for <br />the River District's participation with the County in the project. <br /> <br />The total cost of the acquisition from Cyprus Climax is now reported to be $11.5 million <br />of which Vail Associates has paid $3.0 million for the first 500 acre-feet of yield.
