Town geothermal heating utility (source of waste water): <br />$1,100,000 <br />2. Annual operations of geothermal heating utility: <br />$43,000 <br />3. Centennial Park land (acquisition of land which pipeline will cross) <br />swapped 40 acres of property for, with an approximately value of: <br />$160,000 <br />4.
