I know you asked <br />particularly just for the cost estimate, but I had to prepare <br />most of the layout for the drawing in order to prepare the <br />estimate. I bel ieve the drawing wi 11 be helpful for John <br />VanSciver's presentation to his board on November 3. I see <br />that you are on the agenda. <br /> <br />I hope my estimate of $70,000 doesn't shock you too much, <br />but I think you will find you will need at least that much <br />even doing the work yourself.
