The HOA is requesting a loan in the amount of $500,000.

The purpose of the project is to rehabilitate reservoirs owned by the HOA and currently under
storage restriction by the State Engineer.

The HOA uses the water for landscape irrigation and for watering of individual lots.

These reservoirs originally had a capacity of about 200 AF, but are currently restricted by the
SEO to a total capacity of about 75 AF. Once rehabilitated, the reservoirs will have a total
capacity of about 150 AF.

A Reconnaissance Level Engineering Study has been completed by Rocky Mountain Consultants
(see copy attached). The HOA is currently working with Hadley & Hollingsworth, Engineers,
to complete the feasibility study, and preliminary design work, which is expected to reduce the
overall project cost to about $670K.
