' ------------ I recommend that yd have your attorney review the contract and attachments for accuracy and acceptability to your company. Three contract attachments are required: ~ Appendix A; Proposal for the project feasibility report, prepared by Harris Water Engineering, Inc. I will attach a copy of this proposal to the signed contracts you ret~ to us. ~ Appendix B; Resolution of the Stockholders. I have attached a suggested draft for you to consider; or you may use your own form. Four original copies of the executed resolution form must be returned with the four signed contracts. ~ Appendix C; Deed of Trust. Please have your attorney prepare this document, using the Bradford Publishing Company standard form #34lA provided. Check the legal description (paragraph 7a. of the contract) for accuracy, and then use it in the Deed of Trust. Of course, you must first have the church deed this property to your company. The executed Deed of Trust must be returned with the four signed contracts.
