<br />SUPPLEMENTAL INFOID1ATION <br /> <br />For Loan Application <br /> <br />Date: August 17, 1994 <br /> <br />The estimated cost on the oreinal annlication was obtained <br />from a concrete contractor, who has a reliable record of install- <br />ing concrete structures that have passed inspection by Reviewing <br />Authorities. <br /> <br />Upon reviewing the project, if additional ~oundation work <br />is necessary an additional cost of $10,000.00 would be required. <br /> <br />With this possibility the loan request is increased to <br />$25,000.00. <br /> <br />The Ditch Comnany has a program of imnroving its ~acilities <br />so that ditch leakage be reduced to zero. Also, the comnany <br />wants to improve the head gates that distribute water so that <br />correct water allotement will be made.
