This augmentation plan covers the Applicants' right to make out-of-
priority diversions from Rifle Gap State Recreational Area Well No.2 and six new
wells (Rifle Correctional Center Wells Nos. 5-10) to be drilled at or within 200
feet of the locations identified above in paragraphs 11.2-11.7, including any
replacement wells. Records from the Heinze Ditch weir will
be annually sent to the Water Commissioner. Lawn irrigation records from the
pump at the Heinze Ditch will be kept by DOC. The water which enters and
leaves the RCC Reservoir No. 1 will be reported annually to the Water
Commissioner.

16.10. Corrections shall install and maintain such measuring devices and maintain
such records as the Division Engineer may require for the administration of this
plan.

16.11. Pursuant to the conditions of this Ruling and Decree, the Applicants may
operate the requested plan for augmentation and no owner or persons entitled to
use water under a vested water right or a decreed conditional water right will be
injured.

16.12. The water to be provided as substitute and replacement supplies shall be of
a quality and quantity necessary to meet the requirements for which the water of
senior appropriators has normally been used in compliance with C.R.S. ~~ 37-80-
120(3) and 37-92-305(5).

16.13.
