During the non-irrigation season, the consumptive use would be 5.89 acre-feet which is derived by subtracting 7.82 acre-feet from the total annual consumptive use of 13.71 acre-feet. 11. The Heinze Ditch has been historically used to irrigate 71.3 acres of hay meadow in Section 36, T4S, R 9JW and in Section I. T5S, R 93w of the 6th P.M. The average estimated historic consumptive use attributable to the Heinze DitCh is 1.69 acre-feet per acre for the period of 1950 to 1977. 12. The applicant wi 11 permanently remove a minimum of U.1 acres of irrigated hay meadows from production prima- rily through the construction of the Honor Camp facil ities on the land ~i5torically irrigated by the Heinze Ditch. -5-
