During the irrigation season this would amount <br /> <br />to 2,547,600 gallons or 7.82 acre-feet. During the <br /> <br />non-irrigation season, the consumptive use would be 5.89 <br /> <br />acre-feet which is derived by subtracting 7.82 acre-feet <br /> <br />from the total annual consumptive use of 13.71 acre-feet. <br /> <br />11. The Heinze Ditch has been historically used to <br /> <br />irrigate 71.3 acres of hay meadow in Section 36, T4S, R 9JW <br /> <br />and in Section I. T5S, R 93w of the 6th P.M. <br /> <br />The average <br /> <br />estimated historic consumptive use attributable to the Heinze <br /> <br />DitCh is 1.69 acre-feet per acre for the period of 1950 to <br /> <br />1977. <br /> <br />12. The applicant wi 11 permanently remove a minimum <br /> <br />of U.1 acres of irrigated hay meadows from production prima- <br /> <br />rily through the construction of the Honor Camp facil ities <br /> <br /> <br />on the land ~i5torically irrigated by the Heinze Ditch. <br /> <br />-5- <br />
