We are requesting an <br />arnount up to $266,250 to replace!tmprove our raw water transmission facilities, which should be <br />completed within the next 12 to 18 months. <br /> <br />In relating to this project, we are applying to the Colorado Water Resources and Power Development <br />Authority for funds to improve our drinking water treatment facility, to the Colorado Department of <br />Health for funds to our Wastewater treatment facility, and to the Colorado Department of Local <br />Affairs for Energy Impact Grant funds; a copy of the DLA application is enclosed. Also enclosed <br />is a comprehensive report by our Consulting Engineers, Schmuesser, Gordon, Meyer, on the <br />conditions of our facilities and recommendations for improvements; these would be our only "public <br />irnprovements" projects for the year. <br /> <br />We anticipate approval of our application in January and funding in Spring 1996.
