Walcher <br />Executive Director <br /> <br />RE: Raw Water Pipeline <br />Loan Deauthorization <br />$77,000 <br /> <br />Rod Kuharich <br />ewCB Director <br /> <br />Dan McAuliffe <br />Deputy Director <br /> <br />Dear Pam, <br /> <br />The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Colorado Water ConserVation Board <br />(CWCB) has decided to deauthorize the loan to the Town of Ridgway, approved in the <br />year 2000. That loan was authorized by House Bill 00-1419 in total amount of $77,000 for <br />the purpose of constructing a raw water pipeline.
