January 5, 2007 <br />Mr. Russell George <br />Mr. Eric Hecox <br />Mr. Rick Brown <br />Dear Russ/Eric: <br />At the December 18, 2006 Colorado Basin Roundtable (CBRT) meeting, the membership <br />voted to pursue several projects, and are requesting that funding be allocated from the <br />various funding sources available to support these projects. Twenty seven voting members of the <br />Roundtable were present for this meeting, and after discussion, pre-printed ballots were <br />distributed to all voting members. Members were instructed that even if a project had <br />requested to be funded by Basin Funds, they could vote for both or just for Statewide <br />Funds, if they felt that the project should be funded, but did not want to support funding <br />from the Basin Funds. <br />
